Handball today is just as known as football and is played, in addition to in halls, on fields and on squares, also often on the beach. Scoring a point is done by throwing the ball into the goal of the opponent. Beach handball matches only last for a relatively short time, 2x10 minutes, but is still a very intense sport because of the soft subsoil. It is important that the ball is not played with the lower leg or the foot. Beach handball requires a special net that catches the balls when a goal is scored.
This beach handball goal net is manufactured according to the EN-749 guidelines and ensures that the ball remains in the goal. The net has a yellow colour and is 3x2 m in size, with a depth at the top of 0,8 m and a depth at the bottom of 1 m. The net can also be expanded with a throttle net that is only attached at the top of the goal net and is provided with a lead line at the bottom in order to catch the balls. That is what we call playing customised handball!
